Feline Greetings to you all!
My name is Jackson and I am a fifth generation Bengal. This means that 5 generations back one of my ancestors was a wild African Leopard cat.

Today has been rather scary – I have been taken from my Mummy and brothers and sisters and find myself in a strange place. My main concern is a large black dog that seems to live here. She has been growling at me and I am afraid of her. My new Mummy says that she won’t hurt me but she is so BIG and has gigantic teeth. I am living in a large pen but Mummy takes me out for games very often – the black dog sits with Daddy on her lead. I did sneak up and sniff one of her paws – and beat a hasty retreat.

I am pleased to see that food seems to be in plentiful supply – I have biscuits all the time and some turkey in jelly at 6.0pm. I can see there are some curtains that are just asking to be climbed and some high bookshelves that will make a good observation post. I will be back tomorrow and tell you how my first day goes.
